The third program in the 2024 Warther Signature Program Series: Warther Family American Indian Artifact Collections. Dive into the humble collection of American Indian Artifacts that Mooney collected as well as into the collections that he inspired. Brothers Walter and Eddie Richard (Mooney’s brothers-in-law) collected as they grew older. Eddie and his wife Lula traveled across the United States and into Nova Scotia and Mexico as they collected. The collections are large enough that we will cover what we can and highlight some of the specialty pieces within them. These will feature pieces from all over as well as local points. If you are interested in learning more, join us on October 14th.
Program tickets are $22 for adults/seniors, $10 for students, and members are just $5. All program tickets include full museum admission (guided tours are at 10am, 12pm, and 2pm). We encourage purchasing tickets ahead of time for the program to guarantee space. Tickets will be released closer to the date. For groups of 10 or more, please call 330-485-3891.
