Hershberger’s Farm and Bakery has spent the past winter working on additions and changes to their already fantastic farm animal petting area.  Visit them for the grand opening of the new petting area building and visit with the many new animals.

You will be hopping mad if you miss Bunny Day at Hershberger’s Farm and Bakery!
Visit Hershberger’s Farm and Bakery for a day centered around the petting area featuring over 100 floppy-eared friends in a custom enclosure that lets you interact with our hopping friends.
Bunny Day is one of the most popular events of the year and features FREE admission for children 12 years and younger.
While you are there, fill your Easter Baskets with handmade candies and other sweet treats, try some kettle corn, or have a sandwich from the food trailer.
This is a great event for the whole family and you are invited.
Visit Hershberger’s Farm and Bakery for their first ever Goat Day on the Farm. Get up close and personal with all the animals, but especially the nanny goats and kids. New babies are being born every week this time of year and the cuteness is at level 10.
The Bakery and Farm Store will open at 8AM and the Petting Area opens at 10.
Children 12 years old and younger will receive FREE admission to the Petting Area

The Holmes County Farm Bureau is proud to host this year’s Harvest for Hunger event at Hershberger’s Farm and Bakery.

Harvest for Hunger is an annual fundraising event for the local food pantries in Holmes County, Ohio. Over the past 5 years, Harvest for Hunger has raised over $56,000 to fight hunger here in Holmes County.

This year, Harvest for Hunger will be held at Hershberger’s Farm and Bakery where food will be served and the Petting Area will be open from 5 to 7 PM. A live auction will be held at 7PM preceded by sponsor recognition and a history of the event presented by Dr. Eric Shaver DVM and Edgar Raber, Executive Director of The Love Center.

Bring Your Family for this great event at a great location.  Cost is a donation to the Holmes County Food Pantries.

One of the most popular events of the year at Hershberger’s Farm and Bakery. Customer Appreciation Days is an opportunity to visit and save.

The final special event for 2023 is a great time to visit the farm and bakery for the holidays. Events focus on children ages 12 and under with an emphasis on Donkeys and other animals found in the manger. There is something for everyone including candy tasting and much more.

A new event for 2023, Horse and Pony day will offer activities focused on the many horses and ponies that call Hershberger’s Farm and Bakery home.

Visit Hershberger’s Farm and Bakery for this 2nd and final special evening event of the fall harvest season. Kick off the fall harvest season with a wagon ride to the pumpkin patch where you can select your perfect pumpkin. The petting area, bakery, and farm store will be open until 9 pm and there will be other special offerings throughout the evening.

The opening day for the food trailer at Hershberger’s Farm and Bakery is Friday, April 28, 2023.  The food trailer may be open on weekends earlier in the season depending on the weather.  Visit for one of the great burgers of all time and an order of hand-battered onion rings.
