Bring your family and get caught up in the excitement of long ago! The Journey to Bethlehem in Walnut Creek, Ohio features seven vignettes throughout the Walnut Creek area. Each stop on the journey is a skit portraying an aspect of the Christmas Story. Beautiful luminaries line the route down Walnut Creek hill along with carolers singing throughout. End the journey at The Farm at Walnut Creek by enjoying a horse-drawn wagon ride to our live nativity in the barn and watch the story unfold about the precious baby born long ago. Be sure to take the wagon ride back to the houses for warm, homemade cinnamon rolls, sugar cookies, hot chocolate, and much more!

This is the fourth and final weekend of our annual Fall Festival.

There are many enjoyable adventures to keep you busy! Take your chance at our famous pumpkin slingshot, let your children play all afternoon in the giant corn box, or watch our Percheron Draft Horses as they press sorghum cane stalks to make molasses. How high can you climb on our straw castle? Take a lunch break by enjoying barbecue chicken, noodles and beans, desserts, and more. And don’t forget to take a peaceful, cool, horse-drawn wagon ride through the Farm to feed animals such as giraffes, zebras, bison, and much more!

The annual Easter Adventure at The Farm at Walnut Creek is a great event for the entire family. Helicopter Egg Drops happen hourly from 10am to 4pm and there are many other activities for families in addition to the over 500 animals on the farm.

4pm to 8pm (please register and pick up your map at Walnut Creek Mennonite Church by 7:30pm).
There is no admission fee and all refreshments are served at no cost to those that take the Journey. As a thank you to our community and our guests, The Journey is offered at no charge. This is made possible by local companies that donate to support the event and with the help of well over 200 volunteers that are employees of local companies, friends, and family members supporting the Walnut Creek Business Association.
