Bring your family and get caught up in the excitement of long ago! The Journey to Bethlehem in Walnut Creek, Ohio features seven vignettes throughout the Walnut Creek area. Each stop on the journey is a skit portraying an aspect of the Christmas Story. Beautiful luminaries line the route down Walnut Creek hill along with carolers singing throughout.
End the journey at The Farm at Walnut Creek by enjoying a horse-drawn wagon ride to our live nativity in the barn and watch the story unfold about the precious baby born long ago. Be sure to take the wagon ride back to the houses for warm, homemade cinnamon rolls, sugar cookies, hot chocolate, and much more!

A joyous community celebration on the square in Walnut Creek to welcome the Christmas Season. Christmas Devotional and Caroling led by a local church group. The annual Tree Lighting will be at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 7, 2025.
This is traditionally a weekend when many of the local shops hold their open houses, with sales and discounts on Fall and Christmas items. Plan your visit to take in the many events!
Enjoy an enchanted evening of shopping in Berlin, Ohio as stores stay open late. There will be Christmas carols on Main Street, refreshments, and giveaways throughout the evening. Meet your friends for a great evening out in Berlin.

Enjoy a live Nativity Parade on the streets of Berlin! Be sure to come early! Event begins at 5:45 PM.
Come out to the Age of Steam Roundhouse Museum and climb aboard a steam-powered train to transport you to our Roundhouse where you will meet Old St. Nick himself, surrounded by our historic collection of steam locomotives!
Take your picture with Santa, enjoy a nice holiday craft, and enjoy cookies and hot chocolate. All child guests will also be given a complimentary gift bag before leaving the Roundhouse!

Tickets must be purchased in advance online as we most likely will sell out. Museum Visitor Center opens at 8:30am on the day of the event.
This event does not include a tour of the Roundhouse.
