SUMMARY:Truck Parade of Lights
DESCRIPTION:The Parade of Lights and Truck Show will start at noon on Saturday\, Sept. 20 at the Holmes County Fairgrounds. \nThe Sept. 20 Parade of Lights will kick off with a gathering of trucks at Harvest Ridge at the fairgrounds in Millersburg\, where fans are invited to come in and view the big rigs. \nThe festivities at Harvest Ridge will go throughout the day with great food and fellowship\, culminating later that evening with a parade of trucks slowly making their way through the rolling hills of Berlin\, Mt. Hope and finally Kidron. \nThe parade will start between 6 and 6:30 PM and the route will be: \n\nStarting at Harvest Ridge/Holmes County Fairgrounds\, travel through the Village of Millersburg\, and continue along SR 39 → US 62 → CR 77 → SR 241 → Kidron Road\, ending at the Kidron Auction Grounds.\n\n\n\nPlease expect traffic delays along the route and plan accordingly.

DESCRIPTION:The Age of Steam Roundhouse Museum’s Fall Steam Festival: Trains\, Tractors & Traditions\, is an event to relive some of the most fondly remembered aspects of historic Americana; steam machines\, base ball\, and hotdogs. With the help of the Iron Horses of the Erie Railroad vintage base ball club\, guests to this event can watch base ball played as it was in the old days\, in empty fields\, with little more equipment than what you and your friends could sling over your shoulders. There will be a food vendor present to sell hotdogs and other fare to guests while they enjoy the ball games. \nApart from base ball\, various steam tractor operators will be present to showcase their machines\, including a shingle mill and other belt-driven implements. This year we will have a tinsmith and blacksmith on site from Historic Zoar Village crafting various objects.  All of this will be framed with the museum’s own steam locomotive which will give rides on the museum grounds to guests throughout the event. This special event will prove to be a fun and exciting experience for those who want to get a taste of the classic\, Norman Rockwell era of American leisure and life.

DESCRIPTION:Experience a unique community event in beautiful Charm\, Ohio that features food\, fun events\, vendors\, and sales throughout the community. \nFriday features the Wooly Worm Derby along with other great events. \nSaturday is highlighted by an auction of great locally-made items including pies and more. \nOther events include a volleyball tournament\, horse events\, food and more. \nCharm Days began a little over 30 years ago as a way for local businesses to show their appreciation to their customers. It was a little festival that has grown into a two day event which is held the second weekend of every October\, on Friday and Saturday. Coordinated by volunteers\, and located in downtown Charm\, Ohio\, Charm Days has blossomed into an affair that benefits the Charm Community Share and Care Fund\, an organization that helps families in need.
